Currently, Fieldprint is accepting appointments for individuals needing fingerprint submission in these fields.
Insurance Agents/Adjusters: In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statue 431:2-201.3, fingerprints are required for insurance agents and adjusters seeking licensure.
Board of Private Detectives & Guards:
In accordance with Public Law 108-458, fingerprints are required for those individuals working as or conducting activities as a private detective or security guard.
Money Transmitters: In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 489D-9, fingerprints are required for the following individuals in connection with an application for a money transmitter license:
- Executive officers, key shareholders, and managers of an applicant that is a corporation
- Principals of an applicant that is not a corporation
Mortgage Loan Originators: Anyone wishing to conduct residential mortgage loan origination activities will be required to be fingerprinted in order to obtain a license as a mortgage loan originator or mortgage loan originator company under the new Chapter 454F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended by Act 84, 2010 Regular Session Laws, unless otherwise exempt under Chapter 454F.
Financial Institutions: Fingerprints are required for the following individuals in connection with an application for a license or charter as a Hawaii financial institution under the Code of Financial Institutions, Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 412:
- Proposed directors and executive officers of an applicant for a charter or license as a Hawaii bank, savings bank, savings and loan association, trust company, and depository and nondepository financial services loan company (Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 412:3-201 and 412:3-301)
- Original chartering applicants and proposed executive officers of an applicant for a charter as a Hawaii credit union (Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 412:10-103)
Medical Assistance Programs: Fingerprints are required for individuals providing services through the following programs as stated in the Hawaii Revised Statutes 846-2.7:
- QUEST Expanded Access (QExA) program
